Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Wisconsin Medicaid Market initiatives and system modernization projects. You will report to the Associate Director, Project Management and provide PMO-level oversight for audits, regulatory changes, and enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities include designing operational plans, coordinating resources, schedules, communicating with auditors, and guiding project teams to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of PM, business, operational, or technical experience.
• PMP certification and/or demonstrated experience leading PMO standards and maturity.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Wisconsin Market Compliance audits and related projects.
• Designs and implements operational plans to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate resources and schedules with project staff and external contractors.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders; prepare audit and project reports.
• Lead meetings, set priorities, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
