Job summary

Orange Logic is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the full customer journey, driving implementation, solution adoption, ongoing client success, and retention. As the single point of accountability for assigned enterprise accounts, you will lead end-to-end project execution and build strong strategic partnerships to ensure clients achieve maximum value from the Orange Logic platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex enterprise software implementations and client delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (STEM/Engineering).
• Strong project planning, scope, budgeting and risk management.
• Experience leading executive meetings and linking adoption to outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations from sales handoff through discovery, testing, training and launch.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, risk, and change across deployments and growth.
• Scope custom enhancements and integrations with technical teams and change requests.
• Own ongoing account relationships with executive sponsors post-launch.
• Drive success plans, adoption targets, and action items for value realization.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to evaluate adoption, ROI and growth.
• Monitor account health using usage data and proactive recovery plans.
• Coordinate internal resources across Support, Engineering and Product.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on value-added services.
• Ensure renewal readiness by demonstrating value and mitigating retention risks.
• Refine delivery methodologies and provide leadership to the team.
