Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the United States to manage designated client accounts, property portfolios, or large facilities. You will coordinate with client teams, facility management, and project staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required are a BS in Engineering/Architecture and 7+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years of supervisory responsibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawings for clients and management at all phases (conceptual to construction).
• Oversee consultants and construction teams, integrating related building operations and other components as needed.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices; advise the management team accordingly.
• Provide documentation and reports to the client and building/facility management team.
• May supervise and develop Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators.
