Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client projects and tenant improvement initiatives. You will coordinate with client teams, facility management, and consultants to ensure design, construction, and operational objectives are achieved on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
Minimum 7 years direct project management experience in engineering/construction contexts preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate project kick-offs, agendas, and master budgets/timelines to meet client objectives.
Prepare and review project reports and drawings across all design/construction phases for clients and internal stakeholders.
Oversee consultants and construction teams, coordinating with brokerage, operations, and MEP components as needed.
Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices; advise the Portfolio/Account Manager and site team.
Provide documentation and updates to clients and facility management teams; support communication and governance.
