Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to deliver professional project management on client sites, campuses, and facilities. You will coordinate with building and facility teams, owners, and clients to meet project objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering/construction project accountability and strong leadership, with up to 50% travel. Compensation reflects market rates and location, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.
• Up to 50% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Keep building management apprised of progress at all times.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews at design phases.
• Assist in the selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices; discuss costs with clients and management.
• Support the marketing of services to clients as requested.
• Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures.
• Cooperate with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost and profit goals.
• Report major problems and recommendations to the supervisor.
• Advise on approvals for organizational changes and expenditures beyond approved budgets.
• Comply with laws and building codes; maintain high work standards.
