Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Team Lead to oversee the design, planning and construction of real estate projects. You will coach a team of project managers, manage budgets, and ensure successful delivery for clients, while maintaining rigorous standards across multiple project types.

The role requires extensive experience in project management, strong client relations, and proficient use of MS Project and Microsoft Office. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 12+ years of related experience with two or more years of management experience.
• Advanced project management skills with expertise in the project management business.
• Expert in client relations, client management and consulting.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with clients to ensure successful delivery of project management services.
• Establish and manage project budgets, forecasts and cash flow reports.
• Oversee due diligence, programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting and procurement.
• Provide on-site supervision to ensure performance criteria are met.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage performance.
• Lead and develop PDS staff, ensuring policy adherence and team motivation.
