Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager in the Project & Development Services group to oversee design, planning, and construction of real estate facilities projects. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, drawings, and coordination with clients and facilities teams to meet objectives.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, strong PM skills, and the ability to read construction drawings, with a comprehensive benefits package provided by Cushman & Wakefield.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience with solid project management skills.
• Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion.
• Read and understand construction specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables, including scope of work, scheduling, and drawings development for clients and management teams.
• Proactively manages project-related issues on the account or project.
• Ensure success in initiation, planning, execution and completion of all projects.
• Maintain high standards and accurate electronic files.
• Prepare agendas, lead meetings, and manage master budgets and timelines.
