Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Project Manager, Team Lead to guide a multi-disciplinary real estate team in delivering complex projects. You will coach a team of project managers (APM – SPM), manage budgets, forecasts, and client-facing activities to ensure objectives are met and risks are mitigated.

The role requires a strong background in architecture/engineering/construction management, senior leadership, and proven client consulting skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience with two+ years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; Master's preferred
• Strong project management and financial acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced client relation and consulting capabilities
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, scheduling, and corporate real estate processes
• Proficient with MS Project and Office applications

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to ensure delivery of project management services
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting
• Oversee due diligence, programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, procurement
• Lead design team selection, scheduling, contractor and vendor management
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance
• Identify liabilities and risk with senior leadership
• Provide on-site supervision to ensure performance criteria
• Apply PDS technology and project tools
• Lead and develop the PDS staff and enforce company policies
