Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the design, planning and construction of real estate facilities. You will coordinate scope, drawings, budgets and schedules, ensuring client expectations are met through all phases of the project.

Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of PM experience. Strong organizational and analytical abilities, plus proficiency in MS Office, align with our standards for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Solid project management skills with understanding of PM business.
• Experience with client relations and consulting.
• Autonomously manage complete projects from onset to completion.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Prepare and track master project budgets.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of technical requirements for various project types.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables, including scope of work, scheduling reports, and development of drawings for clients and team.
• Proactively manage project-related issues.
• Ensure initiation, planning, execution and completion meet targets.
• Maintain high standards and accurate electronic files.
• Prepare agendas, lead meetings, manage budgets and timelines.
• Advise on approvals for organizational changes & expenditures.
• Coordinate and track vendor RFQs and RFPs.
• Review change orders and invoices; manage project finances.
• Keep building management informed of progress.
