Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to provide professional project management on designated projects at client sites, campuses, and facilities. You will interact with client representatives onsite and coordinate with property/facility management teams to ensure project success.

The role requires strong leadership, budget control, reporting, and collaboration with owners, account managers, and project teams across the United States. Travel up to 35% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related engineering/construction project accountability experience.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a project management capacity, especially leading and developing staff.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews at all design phases.
• Assist in selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices and discuss costs with client and property management.
• Support marketing of services to clients and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost and profit goals.
• Report major issues and propose recommendations to management.
• Advise on approvals for organizational changes and budget expenditures.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and codes.
• Maintain high standards of work performance and ongoing skill development.
• Travel up to 35% to remote sites across the United States.
