Cushman & Wakefield in New York City is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee project setup, execution, and completion for complex facilities and client accounts. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, budgets and schedules, and partner with P&P leadership to implement best practices across projects and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in project management, leading and developing staff; 10+ years or more is a bonus.
• Experience in construction industry, client relations, contract negotiations and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to project strategy and executes within the business unit and for client.
• Manages project costs, schedule, risks and scope; develops charter and execution plan.
• Lead and schedule meetings; prepare agendas; maintain master budgets and timelines across project phases.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawings for clients and management at all phases.
• Assist in selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Coordinate integration with other Cushman & Wakefield components as needed.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices; advise on budgeting and approvals.
• Participate in marketing and presentation of services to clients.
• Organize resources within the office/department; may supervise Project Managers, Space Planners, CAD Operators.
• Provide all documentation and reports to client and management.
