Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Boston is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage multidisciplinary projects from planning through closeout, including budgets, schedules, and vendor coordination.

You will partner with development, brokerage, leasing, and client teams, maintain clear documentation, and mentor junior staff while delivering quality results in an all-in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with focus on construction or related field and 7+ years of experience.
• Strong construction experience incl. ground up developments and infra projects.
• Proficient with MS Office; KahuaSoftware preferred for project controls.
• Knowledge of local building codes, permitting and inspections.
• Ability to work independently and with multiple project leaders.

Responsibilities

• Initiate needs assessment and develop project plans.
• Manage design and construction team to deliver scope.
• Develop and present budgets, schedules, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute project plans.
• Provide timely PM documentation: minutes, budgets, schedules, contracts.
• Develop preliminary budgets and schedules for executive use.
• Implement project per schedule and track progress.
• Update and share schedule/budget with clients and executives weekly.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
• Monitor metrics per development and management agreements.
• Partner with teams for successful project execution.
• Contribute to process improvements and system updates.
• Coach and mentor Project Coordinators and Managers.
• Participate in development programs and mentoring.
• Network within the community on behalf of the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
