You will lead project teams, maintain strong client relationships, produce regular progress updates, and navigate complex requirements with precision and customer service focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate.
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex information.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee execution of all project phases within schedules and budgets.
• Track costs against budgets and report variances.
• Source and manage external vendors and contractors; ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and keep clients and teams aligned.
