You will coordinate local and in-office work, drive project plans, manage vendors, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of CRE project management experience, exceptional organization, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; adept at vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee all project phases, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Track costs and report variances against the program budget.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, motivate teams, and provide progress updates.
