Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of project or program management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing or rail transit.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and contract administration.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and team-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the United States occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develops project documentation, including master schedules and project plans.
• Creates project-specific schedules aligned with department timelines and communicates milestones.
• Maintains relationships with all stakeholders to attain project goals.
• Ensures projects follow standard processes and stage gates on time and with quality.
• Manages customer relationships through reporting, meetings, and calls.
• Clarifies scope with internal teams and justifies changes with customers.
• Addresses dissatisfactions and resolves issues within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develops a communication plan for each project to share progress and risks.
• Identifies and quantifies risks (impact, probability, costs, mitigation).
• Leads project reporting meetings covering progress, risks, and actions.
• Ensures budget items are tracked and respected.
• Develops action plans to minimize delays and implements permanent solutions.
