Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a Project/Program Manager to oversee commercial and technical delivery of Logistics & Analytics projects. You will manage schedules, costs, scope, and risks while serving as the central communication hub between customers and internal teams.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery within budget, develop comprehensive project plans, and report status to management and clients. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project/Program Management.
• PMP certification is desired.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is desired.
• Experience with SaaS project management is desired.
• Experience with program planning and software management systems/tools.
• Proven experience in managerial and technical communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and technical delivery of projects within Logistics & Analytics.
• Manage project schedules, cost, scope and risks; act as central communication hub.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Travel as needed to intercompany, supplier, and customer sites.
