Radisys in Frisco, Texas seeks a Sr. Project Manager of Quality Systems to own the company-wide Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure ISO 9001 compliance across the end-to-end value chain. This role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering with knowledge of PCBA manufacturing and system integration.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing/integration with a track record in process and quality control at an EMS.
• Experience in new product introduction (NPI) including DFM/DFA/DFE and pFMEA, plus BOM structures for boards and systems.
• Strong knowledge of PDM/ERP/Shopfloor systems and ECO/Deviation processes; Agile PDM is a plus.
• Customer-focused with ability to partner with supply chain for long-term continuous improvement.
• Experience in creating 8D, five why, and RCCA; strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication; able to present quality results to teams and leadership.
• Hands-on in maintaining ISO 9001 and/or TL 9000 quality systems; ISO-certified internal auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports leadership in managing and maintaining the Quality Management System across the end-to-end value chain.
• Identifies gaps in people, process, tools and metrics and develops solutions.
• Develops and manages quality metrics and dashboards for product and process quality.
• Applies Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC to drive continuous improvement.
• Leads Kaizen events with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Uses structured problem-solving tools (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) to identify root causes and resolve issues.
• Monitors FPY and field returns; drives CAPA through to closure.
• Initiates and closes CARs addressing design, workmanship, material, and process issues.
• Coordinates customer-identified issues with Radisys personnel and integrators for resolution.
• Works with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, and Customer Service to improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manages product realization using APQP and Lean Product Development to meet requirements before launch.
