Modine is seeking a Quality Manager – Plant Operations in Grand Prairie, TX to lead quality assurance and continuous improvement across the manufacturing plant. You will drive ISO 9001 compliance, manage QMS, and build a culture of quality with cross‑functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain.

The role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic quality initiatives, oversees RCCA/CA/CIP processes, and mentors a team of quality engineers and technicians to minimize

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ASHRAE standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership experience in managing quality teams and driving strategic quality initiatives.
• Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and advanced quality methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with welding, brazing, assembly, and testing.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with experience in 8D, FMEA, SPC, and DOE.
• Proficiency in quality data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, or similar).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with cross-functional influence.

• Manage the QMS to ensure ISO 9001, ASHRAE and industry standards compliance.
• Oversee plant-wide quality improvements, reducing defects, scrap, and rework.
