Job summary

Group CBS is seeking an ISO Manager in Las Colinas/Irving, TX to lead the Quality Management System and drive ISO 9001 certification across manufacturing and service operations. This role covers MCC bucket and panel manufacturing, and repair/reconditioning services, ensuring alignment with PEARL standards, UL 508A and applicable NFPA/NRC requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or within 6 months of hire.
• ASQ certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CMQ/OE) preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• 5–7 years of quality management experience in electrical equipment manufacturing or service industry.
• Experience building or maintaining ISO 9001 programs.

Responsibilities

• Modify, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 QMS from ground up.
• Plan and execute internal audit schedules; liaise with certification bodies.
• Lead nonconformance investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA closure.
• Manage document control systems and quality records retention.
• Monitor quality metrics and report to leadership.
• Train staff on QMS requirements across engineering, production, and service teams.
• Ensure supplier and incoming inspection processes align with certification standards.
• Support PEARL, UL Follow-Up Service, NFPA 70/79 compliance.
