Job summary

RANDYS Worldwide seeks an experienced Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the implementation of a comprehensive QMS and an enterprise-wide CI program across its manufacturing operations. The role owns the full Quality and CI function, driving CAPA governance, defect reduction, and cost-of-poor-quality improvements.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, able to build structure, embed a culture of continuous improvement, and serve as the senior quality voice in customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Extensive quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 — implementation, compliance and auditing.
• Proven success reducing complaint costs and defects through root-cause analysis and CAPA discipline.
• Strong Continuous Improvement leadership applying Lean and Six Sigma to deliver measurable process and cost improvements.
• Experience standardizing quality systems across multiple sites and post-acquisition integration.

Responsibilities

• Implement a Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure audit readiness across sites.
• Lead the Continuous Improvement program with Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and kaizen events.
• Drive reduction of customer complaints and internal COPQ through CAPA discipline.
• Strengthen process controls to lower COPQ and improve first-pass yield.
• Be the senior quality representative in customer interactions and escalations.
• Govern CAPA investigations with cross-functional teams to ensure containment and long-term risk mitigation.
• Evaluate new business risk with a formal New Product Review process.
• Support multi-site standardization and integration of quality systems and training governance.
• Improve quality visibility with centralized metrics and leadership reporting.
