Job summary

WINSYSTEMS, Inc. in Grand Prairie, TX, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality program at our corporate headquarters.

This role oversees the QMS, quality assurance and control, and ensures audit readiness and ISO 9001:2015 certification across our industrial embedded computer operations. You will drive continuous improvement, develop quality personnel, manage regulatory compliance (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals), and coordinate with engineering, operations, and suppliers

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct manufacturing QA experience (PCBA/box build) required.
• BA/BS in a technical field or equivalent quality/reliability experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/QMS and IPC‑A‑610 standards.
• Experience with SPC, CP/CPK, PP/PPK metrics and quality tooling.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; able to drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (Conflict Minerals, RoHS, REACH).

Responsibilities

• Oversee QMS and WinBase, directing QA and quality control activities.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification and audit readiness.
• Lead internal, customer, registrar, and certification audits.
• Develop and implement continuous quality improvements.
• Interface with suppliers and customers on quality issues and CAPAs.
• Report quality metrics and trends to leadership.
• Manage safety policies as they relate to the quality program.
