TRS-RenTelco - A Division of McGrath in is seeking a Quality & Metrology Manager in Dallas, TX. This leadership role directs the QMS and Metrology Program, ensuring ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, audits, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in quality management and metrology, strong data analysis, and the ability to drive cross-functional quality initiatives with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality management, metrology, and calibration.
• 5+ years leading quality, lab, or operations teams.
• Experience leading internal audits and external certification audits.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to identify trends and drive data-driven improvements.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the Quality Management System and Metrology Program.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
• Lead internal audits, management reviews, corrective actions, and improvements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports for decision making.
• Lead investigations into quality issues and nonconformances.
• Serve as primary contact for auditors and customers.
• Develop Quality Assurance personnel and drive culture of quality.
