Job summary

Redtree is seeking a senior Quality leader to architect and mature a scalable quality management system across distributed project teams. You will own ISO 9001 alignment, internal audit programs, CAPA, and quality governance that enables multi-client delivery.

The role emphasizes building metrics dashboards, supplier quality processes, and embedding quality checks across the project lifecycle with leadership buy-in and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in quality management with leadership ownership
• AEC/EPC or energy/technical engineering services background
• Experience building or maturing a quality management system
• Hands-on audit management, CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality documentation control
• Ability to translate quality performance into executive-ready metrics

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the quality management system across engineering, project delivery, procurement, and construction
• Drive ISO 9001 alignment and certification readiness; manage audits
• Own the CAPA process end to end with root cause analysis and trend analysis
• Establish quality documentation standards, procedures, and controls
• Build the quality metrics and reporting layer and brief leadership
• Stand up supplier and subcontractor quality processes as delivery expands
• Embed quality checkpoints across the project lifecycle from proposal to turnover
• Lead client-facing quality reviews, audits, and qualification processes
