Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Professional Services to oversee multiple large, billable projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality. You will translate customer needs into technical solutions and guide teams from inception through customer acceptance, balancing business and technical leadership.

Located within commutable distance to NetApp offices (RTP, NC, etc.), you will operate in a hybrid environment, collaborating across organizations to

Qualifications

PMP preferred.
12+ years of related project management experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 10+ years with a Master's degree.
Experience with PMI-sponsored coursework or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex engagements.
Manage project financials including budget tracking and invoicing.
Drive customer success and executive-level communications.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal/partner resources.
Oversee architecture and delivery of large-scale storage/infrastructure solutions.
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Contribute to PMO standards and service offerings.
