You will manage planning, metrics, and initiatives while traveling up to 20% and building a world-class professional services practice within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field-based services management experience; 12+ years preferred.
• Experience with enterprise customer base.
• Experience in consulting business, residency, Managed Services, Storage and Cloud storage.
• Experience with partner management, operations, and project management.
• Weekly performance reports and revenue forecast experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a two-tiered organization delivering NetApp solutions with Sales and Engineering.
• Meet services targets and track customer satisfaction.
• Manage installed base and act as area resource for customer meetings.
• Drive best practices, planning, budgeting, and revenue recognition.
• Forecast financial targets and report to support corporate actions.
