Job summary

TSP is seeking a Senior NetApp Resident Engineer to join our residency team supporting a large enterprise client in Raleigh, NC. The role requires a NetApp SME who can own initiatives from start to finish and deliver exceptional operational support.

This hybrid residency position requires onsite presence about 2-3 days per week. Candidates must reside in target markets; relocation assistance is not available. Visa sponsorship is not provided, and third-party contractors are not considered.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise infrastructure and NetApp experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex storage and infrastructure issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor within a large enterprise environment.
• Deliver day-to-day operational support for storage infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot storage, performance, and infrastructure issues.
• Conduct capacity planning and optimization activities.
• Support multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
• Independently manage technical initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Communicate updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design, implement, support, and optimize NetApp storage solutions.
• Leverage automation and scripting to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work autonomously.
• Continuously expand technical knowledge and best practices.
