Qualus is seeking a Senior Project Manager for New Generation capital projects within our Program Management organization. You will lead projects from development and engineering through procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover, handling EPC/OE interfaces, major equipment, and long-lead procurement.

Role emphasizes integrated schedules, cost and risk management, permitting, and executive-level reporting, with accountability for multi-billion-dollar programs and portfolios, while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in power generation with 5+ years in project management.
• Advanced thermal power experience with greenfield/brownfield projects.
• Strong financial management and executive reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning and implementation of thermal power projects, greenfield and brownfield.
• Oversees EPC/OE interfaces, major equipment and long-lead procurement, and integrated schedules.
• Manages budgets, risk, permitting, and project change orders; maintains client relationships.
• Trains and supervises other project managers and participates in portfolio reviews.
• Provides executive-level reporting and ensures delivery of project objectives.
