Qualus Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager within our Program Management organization to provide planning, management, and execution of a portfolio of power delivery projects. You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk to optimize client service and financial performance on large, complex assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in Power Delivery with at least 5 years in project management.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Experience leading large multi-discipline programs and complex projects.
• Understanding of transmission, substation, and distribution projects.
• Strong relationship development and management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning and implementation of medium-large power delivery projects with high complexity.
• Supports business development through scoping, fee development, and negotiations.
• Defines project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and progress milestones.
• Engages with client management to resolve issues and obtain approvals.
• Maintains ongoing client relationships to support business development.
• Plans, organizes, and coordinates project engagements and teams.
• Manages day-to-day project activities and stakeholder communications.
• Achieves project objectives for quality, scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Analyzes project performance and resource utilization; identifies out-of-scope work.
• Manages contract changes and project risk from proposal through delivery.
• Trains and mentors other Project Managers and participates in reviews.
