Qualus Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager within our Program Management organization to plan, manage, and execute a portfolio of power delivery projects. You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk to optimize client service, quality, and financial performance on large, complex programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience with major engineering/procurement/construction activities in power delivery (transmission, offshore wind).
• Strong financial management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning and implementation of medium-to-large power delivery projects.
• Supports business development through scoping, fee development, proposals, and contracts.
• Develops project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, vendor lists, and progress milestones.
