Job summary

Qualus Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead New Generation capital projects within our Program Management organization in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee complex EPC/OE interfaces, long-lead procurement, integrated schedules, and risk management, delivering multi-year programs from development through turnover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in the Power Generation industry with at least 5 years in project management.
• Advanced thermal power generation experience including greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Demonstrated track record delivering large projects and strong financial management.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Ability to work at project sites located in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of thermal power generation projects (greenfield and brownfield).
• Participate in scoping, fee development, proposals, negotiations, and contract development.
• Review projects post-award to define scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and progress milestones.
• Meet with client management to resolve issues and obtain approvals at project completion.
• Maintain ongoing business relationships with clients as part of business development.
• Coordinate project engagements and manage day-to-day activities of project teams.
