Job summary

Rila Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for multifamily construction in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will lead ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout, guiding teams, managing budgets, schedules, quality, and risk, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants, and drive solutions to challenges while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience with a General Contractor.
• Strong experience delivering ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong understanding of construction budgets, schedules, contracts, and project controls.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Oversee project schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.

We are partnering with a well-established General Contractor in the Bay Area that is looking to bring on a Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily construction projects.

This role will manage multifamily projects from preconstruction through completion, working with an experienced team and established clients throughout the Bay Area.
