Job summary

Renewyx LLC in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-quality residential ground-up multifamily or mixed-use projects. You will hold full commercial and contractual responsibility from preconstruction to closeout, owning budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, change management, and the client relationship.

You will collaborate closely with the Superintendent, owner and design team, leveraging Procore or similar platforms to manage costs and timelines.

You'll hold full commercial and contractual responsibility for multifamily projects from preconstruction to closeout. That covers budget and cost control, scheduling, subcontractor buyout, change management and the client relationship, working closely with the Superintendent, owner and design team.

• Project Manager experience on ground-up multifamily or mixed-use projects
• Responsibility for project budgets, schedules and subcontractor buyout
• Strong client-facing skills with owners, architects and consultants
• Project experience in the South Bay or wider Bay Area
• Procore or comparable project management platforms
• $170,000 to $210,000 base salary
• Based in San Jose
