JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group in Atlanta seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex mission critical projects, overseeing safety, budgets and project outcomes.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, design teams and owners, drive preconstruction through closeout, and ensure delivery on time and within budget on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Ability to manage budgets and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Manages preconstruction activities including takeoff, scope development, bids and schedule.
• Coordinates with subcontractors, owners, design teams and vendors to manage changes.
