Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, architectural engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Ability to develop budgetary estimates, bid analysis and value engineering.
• Ability to mentor and lead teams on ME projects.

Responsibilities

• Completes increasingly complex mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Develops budgetary M/E estimates based on program information.
• Reviews options and performs systems analysis for value engineering.
• Coordinates ME scopes during the bid process.
• Develops sequencing for various systems to meet schedules.
• Performs quality inspections and ensures work meets specs.
