Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the project management for significantly complex projects.
• Oversee preconstruction, buyout, scheduling, subcontracts and change management.
• Manage safety program and risk analysis.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, subcontractors, vendors and field staff.
• Prepare budgets, cost forecasts and monthly status reports.
