Tiello LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager (Mechanical Insulation) to lead large-scale industrial insulation projects in the Midwest, including data centers and food processing facilities. Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical insulation, industrial construction, or specialty contracting.
• Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving construction projects.
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical environments preferred.
• Strong estimating, job costing, forecasting, scheduling, and project financials.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale mechanical insulation projects from preconstruction handoff through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, manpower, scope, and financial performance.
• Work closely with estimating and operations teams to ensure clean project handoffs.
• Review estimates, proposals, and project assumptions prior to execution.
• Track job costs, forecasting, change orders, billing, and project profitability.
• Identify project risks early and develop solutions before they impact schedule or margin.
• Coordinate with field leadership, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support Foremen and field teams across active project sites.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Help improve internal project management processes as the division continues to scale.
• Travel to active project locations as needed.
