Job summary

Tiello seeks a Senior Project Manager for mechanical insulation to lead large-scale insulated projects across the Midwest, including data centers and industrial facilities. Remote or hybrid work options are available, with travel of about 1–2 days per week.

The ideal candidate will have strong cost control, forecasting, estimating, field coordination, and operational accountability experience in mechanical insulation or related sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mechanical insulation projects
• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
• Ability to manage complex, fast-moving construction projects
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale mechanical insulation projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, manpower, scope and financial performance.
• Coordinate with estimating and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Review estimates, proposals and assumptions prior to execution.
• Track costs, forecasting, change orders, billing and profitability; anticipate risks and mitigation plans.
