Job summary

Tiello is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee structural steel fabrication projects from award to closeout, coordinating detailing, production and field teams. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically $7M–$12M, with remote/hybrid work options and monthly site travel.

This role offers long-term growth into senior leadership and exposure to commercial and industrial West Coast projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within Structural Steel Fabrication.
• Experience managing multiple structural steel projects simultaneously ($7M-$12M).
• Strong understanding of fabrication workflows, shop operations, and steel project lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites and company operations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural steel fabrication projects from contract award through closeout.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects totaling approximately $7M–$12M in active work.
• Coordinate with detailing, shop production, procurement, and field teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change orders.
• Track fabrication progress, production schedules, and material flow.
• Maintain communication with general contractors, owners, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasting, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate with Field Coordinators and Superintendents to ensure schedule alignment.
• Support internal project reporting and documentation processes.
• Travel to jobsites approximately once per month for onsite presence and coordination.
