Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial mechanical construction (HVAC and/or plumbing).
• Proven track record managing budgets, schedules and client relationships on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems, construction means and methods, codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develops and maintains schedules, budgets and manpower plans; identifies and resolves issues.
• Primary client-facing contact for assigned projects; maintains relationships with owners, GC’s, architects and engineers.
