Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of professional construction project experience.
• Experience in mechanical insulation scope of construction subcontracts.
• Strong ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Proven vendor relationship management.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency with digital construction takeoff and software.
• Ability to collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of mechanical insulation projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, field teams and subs.
• Lead field operations, labor planning, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and mitigate delays or risks.
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals for scope accuracy.
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate insulation installation with mechanical systems across trades.
• Build relationships with clients and vendors to drive repeat business.
• Lead project meetings and provide status reporting to stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop project engineers and field staff.
