Senior Project Manager (Mechanical Insulation)
Location: Des Moines, IA preferred | Open to Remote/Hybrid Candidates
Pay: $120K-$130K+ Base + Bonus
Travel: Approximately 1-2 days per week
Tiello is partnered with a rapidly growing national mechanical insulation contractor in the search for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support complex industrial, mission-critical, data center, food processing, and large-scale mechanical projects throughout the Midwest.
This position will play a critical role in strengthening project execution as the organization continues to expand into larger and more complex work.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong mechanical, industrial, insulation, or specialty contracting environment and understand how to manage projects from turnover through completion with a heavy focus on cost control, forecasting, estimating, field coordination, and operational accountability.
