Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Commercial Services team. In this role you will lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of Veeva Vault Commercial solutions for some of the world’s largest life sciences organizations.

This remote, full-time position offers up to 15% travel and no work location requirement. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software implementation and project delivery.
• Proven success leading technology implementations or managing IT operations in a consultancy or enterprise environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.
• Familiarity with content or data management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Veeva’s Commercial solutions from initiation to go-live and continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary liaison between Veeva and customer stakeholders across business, quality, and IT.
• Facilitate delivery of strategic roadmaps, managing multiple workstreams.
• Guide customers in adopting best practices for long-term value realization and process optimization.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Define success metrics and report on outcomes.
• Foster trusted relationships with customer teams on their digital quality journey.
