UES, a national leader in geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, and materials testing, seeks a Senior Project Manager in Florida to lead multidisciplinary projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring safe, on-time, within-budget delivery and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor junior staff, support business development, and drive process improvements while coordinating with clients, teams, subcontractors, and consultants. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in engineering or construction.
• Experience with large, complex projects and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and financials; implement corrective actions.
• Oversee contract administration, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project meetings and maintain documentation and reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.
