UES is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from initiation through closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance while mentoring teammates and contributing to continuous improvement and business development.

Responsibilities include leading multiple projects, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and driving process improvements. Travel up to 10% to project sites and offices may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, Business, or related field; PMP preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in engineering, environmental, or construction industries.
• Experience managing large, complex projects in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proficient in MS Project, Smartsheet, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with contracts and vendor relationships.
• Ability to travel to job sites and regional offices as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects, from pre-construction through closeout, on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to meet requirements.
• Monitor progress and financials, identify variances, implement corrective actions.
• Oversee contract administration, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project meetings, document decisions, and report to stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and promote best practices in project delivery.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes, tools, and workflows.
• Act as primary escalation point for issues affecting project continuity and client satisfaction.
