UES, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Florida to lead multiple complex, multidisciplinary projects from initiation through closeout.

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and compliance while guiding cross-functional teams and coordinating with clients and stakeholders. The role emphasizes operational excellence, mentoring junior staff, supporting business development, and driving continuous improvement in project management processes.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience in engineering/environmental/construction.
• Experience managing large, complex projects with multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proficiency with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle of multiple projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop detailed plans including scope, schedule, budget, and risk strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, teams, subcontractors, and consultants to meet requirements.
• Monitor progress and finances, identify variances, implement corrective actions.
• Oversee contracts, permitting, and regulatory compliance across authorities.
• Lead meetings, drive decisions, and maintain documentation and reporting.
• Mentor junior staff and promote best practices in PM execution.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
• Drive process improvements across PM tools and workflows.
• Act as the main point of contact for escalated issues and client satisfaction.
