You will oversee client management, budgets, schedules, and report/proposal development, guiding engineers and field staff to deliver high-quality results.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in geotechnical consulting, strong field testing experience, PE license, and a proven ability to win new business while maintaining
Competenze
- 5+ years in geotechnical consulting and field testing.
- Professional engineer license required.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
Mansioni
- Manage all aspects of projects, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Lead field exploration programs and supervise field teams.
- Develop proposals and coordinate testing and reporting.
- Mentor staff and drive pipeline development from concept to delivery.
- Maintain compliance with codes and regulatory requirements.
