Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value construction programs with a focus on schedule, cost control, and client satisfaction. You will supervise project teams and coordinate with owners, architects and subs to deliver complex projects from preconstruction through completion.

You will oversee budgeting, bid analysis, risk management and change orders, while driving process improvements and leveraging integrated delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading vertical commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules and risk across complex scopes.
• Strong client relationship and interfacing skills with owners and subs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities and direct project team.
• Lead client communications and maintain trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage bid analysis, preconstruction activities and change orders.
• Monitor schedule adherence and cost performance; drive value engineering.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents and safety standards.
• Develop and mentor project team members for future leadership.
