Job summary
The Beck Group in Denver seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of healthcare and office projects valued between $10 million and $50 million. You will manage project financials, scheduling, risk, quality, and client relationships while guiding a talented project team to success.
Ideal candidates will bring 8+ years in commercial construction, proficiency with Procore and related tools, and a degree in a relevant field.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant commercial construction experience, healthcare and office buildings preferred.
- Experience using Procore, Excel and construction tech is a plus.
- College graduate with relevant degree.
Responsibilities
- Support preconstruction by assembling bid packages and directing pre-bid meetings.
- Identify and lead cost savings through value engineering.
- Assemble accurate general conditions estimates and maintain GC budgets.
- Ensure construction, subcontracts, and purchase orders conform to Contract Documents.
- Mentor, train, and supervise project engineers and assistants.
- Accurately forecast project costs and report to leadership.
- Oversee project schedule creation and updates; ensure timely completion.
