Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Dallas to lead complex commercial projects ranging from $10–50 million. You will manage financials, schedules, risk, quality, and client relations while guiding project teams to achieve safe, economical, and expeditious delivery.

You will oversee preconstruction activities, cost savings through value engineering, and ensure alignment with contract documents. Strong leadership and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant commercial construction experience
• Ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships
• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management
• Experience with preconstruction activities and bid analysis
• Familiarity with construction technologies like Procore, Synchro, Revit

Responsibilities

• Lead project financials, schedule, risk management, and client relations
• Supervise project team including Project Engineers and Assistant Project Manager
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost control reports
• Analyze change orders and negotiate with owners/subcontractors
• Mentor and develop team members and lead preconstruction efforts
