The Beck Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects ranging from $10 million to $50 million in the Dallas area. You will manage project financials, scheduling, risk, quality, and client relationships while supervising project engineers and assistants to ensure economical, safe, and expeditious execution.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in commercial construction, familiarity with local regulations, and proficiency with industry tools such as Procore, Revit, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• Healthcare and office building experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local market and city regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Has completed one or more projects as Project Leader in charge of outcome (financial, completion, schedule).
• Experience using construction technologies (Excel, Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, Egnyte, CMiC, Revit) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support preconstruction efforts including assembling bid packages and directing pre-bid meetings.
• Identify and lead cost savings through value engineering.
• Accurately forecast project costs and report to leadership monthly.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of the project schedule and ensure on-time completion.
• Mentor, train, and supervise direct reports such as Project Engineers and Assistant Project Manager(s).
